The registration fee for regular participants includes:

• Participation in the full Summer School
• Coffee breaks
• Light lunches (Monday–Friday)
• Welcome reception with food and drinks on Sunday evening
• Dinner at Dionysios restaurant on Tuesday evening
• Dinner at Anema restaurant on Wednesday evening
• Excursion to Potami Waterfalls and discount coupons for lunch on Thursday afternoon
• Transportation from the airport to Karlovassi on 5 July and from Karlovassi to the airport on Friday afternoon (10 July) or Saturday morning (11 July).

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception with food and drinks on Sunday evening
• Participation in the business meeting dinner at Akamatra restaurant
• Participation in the excursion to Kokkari Beach (Tuesday)*
• Dinner at Dionysios restaurant on Tuesday evening
• Participation in the excursion to Votsalakia Beach (Wednesday)*
• Dinner at Anema restaurant on Wednesday evening
• Excursion to Potami Waterfalls and discount coupons for lunch on Thursday afternoon
• Transportation from the airport to Karlovassi on 5 July and from Karlovassi to the airport on Friday afternoon (10 July) or Saturday morning (11 July)
