The registration fee includes access to all conference activities*, support materials, coffee breaks**, dinner on Saturday night*** (June 22nd), the welcome reception (June 23rd), a small excursion, visit to the wine museum of Samos and lunch (June 26th), visit at the archeological sites (June 24th), the conference dinner (June 25th), a dinner (June 4th), and lunch at the last day of the conference (June 27th). Transport from/to the airport is included in the registration fee, as well as access at the Tunnel of Efpalinos.
Special arrangements for those who have kids will be made too.
Refund for cancellations after 01 June 2019 is not possible
The finances of the HSR-2019 conference are legally handled by "Rhenia Tours SA" (http://www.rhenia.gr/)

* Furthermore, a mini bus (8-seat capacity) will be available every day for the accompanying persons for additional excursions and activities.
