Abstract submission
The deadline of abstract submission/update is: February 28th, 2025 April 21st, 2025
Please read the following items carefully:
- For your submission, please use the abstract template (doc-file) that also includes detailed instructions about formatting.
- Please enter your e-mail address correctly. Confirmation of your submission will be sent to you by e-mail. A confirmation message will also be displayed on your browser after your submission is completed.
- If you did NOT get the confirmation page on your web browser, please WAIT for the confirmation e-mail. If your web browser failed
to display the confirmation page and you did not get the confirmation e-mail within an hour, your submission process may be INCOMPLETE.
Please check with the webmaster (hsr2025@aegean.gr) before resubmitting to prevent duplicate submissions.
- You need your email and password to view or update your submitted abstract. Revisions will be permitted until the abstract submission deadline.
Prospective participants who need some more time to secure funds to attend the meeting and feel that they cannot meet the abstract submission deadline
(February 28th April 21st, 2025), please do not hesitate to contact us asking for an extension. We are flexible on this!
