The registration fee covers the welcome reception (which includes drinks and a light dinner), coffee
breaks and light lunches for all three days of the workshop, a guided tour of the ancient city of Syros,
and the official workshop dinner immediately following the tour.
We would appreciate it if you could bring the event to the attention of young researchers (Master's students, PhD students, early stage post-docs)
in your group. In particular, for graduate students who wish to attend the Meeting but they do not have sufficient funds from their research grants,
there is the option to apply to the Organizing Committee for financial support (to cover their trip to Syros plus their hotel expenses during the Meeting).
So, feel free to forward this information to them asking to send a formal request by March 15 to the following email address: hsr2025@aegean.gr.
In their application, the graduate student should explain the situation (why he/she needs support) and he/she should also include a supporting letter
from the advisor. Priority will be given to graduate students who plan to contribute to the special JNNFM issue.
