• Submission of abstracts: February 28^th March 31^st April 21^st, 2025
  Prospective participants who need some more time to secure funds to attend the meeting and feel that they cannot meet the abstract submission deadline, please do not hesitate to contact us asking for an extension. We are flexible on this!
• Notification of acceptance: March 15^th April 27^th, 2025 (at the latest)
• Early registration: April 11^th, 30^th 2025
• Paper submission for the special issue of JNNFM (Journal of Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics): October 31^st, 2025
